Welcome to Ticket Hotline. The following are the rules or “Terms” that govern use of the Ticket Hotline website (“Site”). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Ticket Hotline International Sdn Bhd and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Ticket Hotline”) reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically.

Disclaimers

Ticket Hotline does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Ticket Hotline cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. Ticket Hotline disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Ticket Hotline will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.

CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE

Conditions of Purchase before you start purchase your tickets…

All tickets are sold by Ticket Hotline International Sdn. Bhd. (TICKET HOTLINE) as agent for and on behalf of the Venue Management or Owner (“Venue Owner) and/or Promoter (“Promoter”) responsible for the event for which is sold. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by TICKET HOTLINE. TICKET HOTLINE reserves the right to reject any order.

  1. Purchase on-line via Internet

This offer is conditional on the use of:

VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron cards (provided the issuing bank has covered the card by the 3D-Secure system)

Important notes:

You will be asked to insert the controlling code when using your card. The control code is also called the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard and the CVV-Card Validation Value for Visa. The CVC is a three-digit code and it is printed on the back of the card in the signature stripe (the last 3 digits).

Do not put any gaps in the card number.

Orders are binding; the tickets can be neither returned nor changed.

The tickets may be ordered by the credit card owner only.

Payments using somebody else’s cards are not allowed. Also, it is not possible to pay on the behalf of others.

It is possible to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets in one order. (Unless stated otherwise)

Once the payment has been charged to your credit card, a ‘Transaction Confirmation with Reference Code’ email will be sent to you within 1 working day from ticket purchase.

Some event required PURCHASER to select seat number. TICKET HOTLINE’s computerized ticketing system allocates seats on a best available basis at the point of purchase. This means that when you buy the tickets, you will get the best seats available at that point of time. You may also select a specific section of seats within the category you want to purchase, and the system will allocate the best available seats. (unless stated otherwise)

The allocation of seats also takes into consideration information provided by the event organizers and the layout of the stage.

1.1. When you purchase a ticket on-line by card, you can choose pick-up at the venue, courier delivery or E-TICKET

1.1.1. In the case of pick-up at the venue:

Purchased tickets will be given only to the person stated in the contact address / address for delivery.

In order to collect the ticket purchaser MUST print ‘Transaction Confirmation’ and present along with your ID/DRIVING LICENSE/PASSPORT and TICKET HOTLINE reference number or transaction number from ipay88.

Tickets are not allowed to be collected on behalf. Tickets purchased via online must be collected by PURCHASER only, meaning, registered name and I.C number used in the registration process for online ticket purchase.

In the event where the PURCHASER is unable to collect the ticket by himself/herself, the representative appointed to redeem ticket on behalf of the PURCHASER must bring along;

1.1.1.1) AUTHORIZATION LETTER to authorize the person appointed to collect tickets on behalf of the PURCHASER.

1.1.1.2) Photocopy of BUYER's Identification Card.

1.1.1.3) Please PRINT and bring along BUYER's Transaction Page/Reference Page/Bank Slip or EMAIL from TICKETHOTLINE/Ipay88 that confirmed the BUYER's transaction as successful.

Ticket(s) can be collected at the stadium / event venue two (02) hours before the event starts. However the time for collection varies depending on events. Kindly check with Ticket Hotline's Customer Service for latest information.

1.1.2. In the case of courier delivery the tickets may be purchased:

5 days prior to the event at the latest if the tickets are to be delivered in Malaysia and 14 days prior to the event at the latest if the tickets are to be delivered abroad.

The cost of the delivery for Malaysia RM10 for within Klang Valley and RM20 for within East Malaysia.

In the event of change of mailing address, kindly send us an email at sales@tickethotline.com.my and include subject "Change of Address" and “Reference Number or Transaction Number” in the email content. Please note that Ticket Hotline will not entertain change of mailing address if Ticket(s) have already been sent out.

The cost of international courier:

Europe – RM 300

Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand – RM 100

Singapore – RM 80

USA, Canada – RM 280

Note: On the completion of your order we will contact you via the e-mail address or phone number stated in your order in order to check with you the delivery.

1.1.3. In the case of buying E-TICKET:

Tickets can be bought in one (1) business day before the Event at the latest.

Tickets bought in this way can be printed by the user at home or wherever he/she has access to a printer (On “Confirmation of your payment”, the user will receive instructions on how to print out his/her E-TICKET).

E-TICKET is a ticket with a unique bar code which will be checked by a bar code reader before the client is allowed to enter the venue. After the barcode has been read the ticket cannot be used again. Admission shall only be allowed to the first holder of the ticket that is presented for scanning by the bar code reader. Any attempt to present the ticket or a copy of it again, regardless of who presents the ticket, will be disregarded, and entry shall be refused. (Subject to approval by event organizers)

The Booking fee is RM 10 per transaction.

TICKET HOTLINE’s computerized ticketing system allocates seats on a best available basis at the point of purchase. This means that when you buy the tickets, you will get the best seats available at that point of time. You may also select a specific section of seats within the category you want to purchase, and the system will allocate the best available seats. (unless stated otherwise)

The allocation of seats also takes into consideration information provided by the event organizers and the layout of the stage.

Note: In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs to enter the system using the same user name and password as used when ordering the ticket.

In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs a program for printing documents in PDF format (for ex. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

TICKET HOTLINE shall not be held liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorized copying of the E-TICKET.

Please keep the ticket in a safe place.

1.2. In the case of payment via the internet using a credit card, the purchaser will receive the following confirmation e-mails:

1.2.1. An “Acknowledgement of the receipt of the order” will be sent after successful completion of the order.

1.2.2. A “Payment confirmation” will be sent following the payment.

Note: The confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address given in the contact address (address for delivery). If the address is given incorrectly or technical problems occur on the side of the user, TICKET HOTLINE shall not be held liable for the non-delivery of these e-mails.

Tickets sold in the outlets can be paid by cash or credit card only.

  1. Purchase via CALL CENTRE:

Ticket Hotline: +603 7725 1177. In operation: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Tickets can be ordered 1 day prior to the event at the latest (pick-up at the venue), 5 days prior to the event at the latest (courier – Malaysia) and 14 days prior to the event at the latest if the tickets are to be delivered abroad.

Payment for tickets purchased via Call Centre can be made via Credit Card only. Purchased tickets can be collected at the event venue 2 hours before the event starts.

The Booking fee is RM 10.

Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand – RM 100

Singapore – RM 80

USA, Canada – RM 280

  1. Group bookings

The availability of group bookings / concessions may vary from event to event. Kindly contact Ticket Hotline at +603 77251177 or sales@tickethotline.com.my for enquiries; or you may contact the Promoter of the event directly.

Orders for groups may not be ordered on-line; only via the TICKET HOTLINE business department (e-mail: sales@tickethotline.com.my)

Tickets paid by credit cards are not sent to PO Box addresses.

Should the tickets be ordered outside Malaysia by courier, TICKET HOTLINE does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.

  1. Reservation of the tickets via Internet

It is not possible to reserve tickets via Internet until further notice.

  1. Ticket Conditions

Tickets are not redeemable for cash. The use of tickets for advertising, sales promotions or any other commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, offers for sale, use as a premium, give-away or prize in a competition or sweepstake) without prior written approval of Promoter / Ticket Hotline International Sdn Bhd is strictly prohibited. Tickets so obtained are void and offenders or holders of such tickets will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

If requested by Authorities, all persons shall required to cooperate in respect providing evidence of identity, permitting the reasonable inspection of personal belongings, confiscation of prohibited items, and/or body checks.

It is prohibited to take into the stadium / event venue, any promotional or commercial item of whatever nature including but not limited to banners, signs symbols and leaflets.

  1. Protection of personal data

TICKET HOTLINE guarantees that your personal data will be held in strict confidentiality and will at no time be sold or transferred to another party. All personal data is strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of TICKET HOTLINE.

Secure data transferable: data transfer between your computer and the TICKET HOTLINE server is made secure by an SSL protocol code. This makes the misuse of transferred data impossible.

  1. REFUND

Only holders of ticket will be admitted to the seats, Please present the ticket at the designated entrance (according to seats price). The ticket is valid only for the event held on the date and the time shown on the front hereof.

No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.

Tickets not collected by Purchaser are NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchaser must collect their ticket within time and date given by TICKET HOTLINE. TICKET HOTLINE will not entertain refund dispute by purchaser who are unable to collect ticket within collection/redemption schedule given.

Ticket(s) purchased from TICKET HOTLINE are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Except pursuant to conditions below:

If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the ”Notices” or individually, a ”Notice”) respectively shall be placed in the media by the Promoter or it’s PR Representatives.

Any refund made by TICKET HOTLINE shall only be made out of sums held by TICKET HOTLINE for the Promoter as authorized by the prior written agreement of the Promoter.

The amount of refund will be made on a pro-rated basis (”Pro-rated Amount”) in accordance with the amount of the said sums held by TICKET HOTLINE and the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket.

TICKET HOTLINE shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the Pro-rated Amount under any circumstances.

TICKET HOTLINE shall not be liable and under no obligation to make any refund at all in the event that the Promoter did not pay in advance the said sums to TICKET HOTLINE.

The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.

Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such un-refunded sums shall be dealt with at TICKEHOTLINE’s sole discretion.

In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards with which the tickets were purchased. If such credit cards are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and condition below shall apply.

Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded by cheque and refunds will have to be made at the TICKET HOTLINE Office located at No 96B, 2th Floor, Jalan Burhanuddin Helmi, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During our office operating hours. Ticket Holders will have to produce the full stub of the original tickets in good condition to claim refunds. Ticket Holder shall submit a front photocopy NRIC to facilitate the cheque issuance.

The Processing Fee and the Internet Booking Fee will not be refunded.

  1. TICKET COLLECTION PROCEDURES.

Tickets purchased via online must be collected by PURCHASER only, meaning, registered name and I.C number used in the registration process for online ticket purchase.

Tickets are not allowed to be collected on behalf.

In the event where the PURCHASER is unable to collect the ticket by himself/herself, the representative appointed to redeem ticket on behalf of the PURCHASER must bring along;

9.1 AUTHORIZATION LETTER to authorize the person appointed to collect tickets on behalf of the PURCHASER.

9.2 Photocopy of BUYER's Identification Card.

9.3 Please PRINT and bring along PURCHASER's Transaction Page/Reference Page/Bank Slip or EMAIL from TICKETHOTLINE/Ipay88 that confirmed the BUYER's transaction as successful.

Ticket(s) can be collected at the stadium / event venue two (02) hours before the event starts. However the time for collection varies depending on events. Kindly check with Ticket Hotline's Customer Service for latest information.

Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from TICKE HOTLINE or other authorized points of sale.

The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. TICKET HOTLINE reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.

Infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated in event advertisements or announcement.

Student and Senior Citizen passes (and others where applicable) must be shown to obtain discounts (where applicable) and upon admission.

Failing to comply with the TICKET HOTLINE’s ticket collection procedures , TICKET HOTLINE reserves the right not to release the ticket(s).

  1. Others

Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances.

Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.

No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programme, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

The Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.

The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.

The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

Ticket Holders voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury or other loss or damage arising and suffered as a direct or indirect result of attendance at the match / event for which this ticket has been issued and releases the Promoter, Ticket Hotline Sdn. Bhd., the venue management, and their respective agents and employees from any liability, regardless of whether such injury or loss occurs before, during or after the event / match.

Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands the conditions of use.

Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter.

TICKET HOTLINE guarantees that your personal data will be held in strict confidentiality and will at no time be sold or transferred to another party.
